Interview with Nicole:

  3. I like a peanut butter and pickle sandwich about once a year, pregnant or not.
  4. I worked on a dairy as a ranch hand for several years cleaning stalls, dehorning calves, and milking cows. Most people don't believe this about me.
  5. I had four different majors in college before settling on English, Spanish, ESL (English as a Second Language) and Secondary Education. The four discarded choices were: Veterinary Medicine, Political Science, Law, and Journalism. Of course, what I really wanted to do was write, but since I figured I needed a "real" job, I bounced around a lot.
  6. Small town life is the only life for me.
